Minor bug update
- Fixed some HUD bugs.
- Added boards in central shack to commemorate players who survive the level in Normal and Hard difficulty.
(Hard = 0, we are still looking for those brave enough).
- New member(s) added to "Special Thanks" board.
- Screen message added if player dies.
- Added version number for the ZIP file to help distinguish older and newer builds
- Minor graphic enhancements.
